Model no: 405C1(360C1) adsorption single surface corrugating machine
1. Design speed of 405C1: 220m/min; design speed of 360C1: 200m/min

4. vacuum adsorption single-sided machine, the upper and lower corrugated roller using high quality 48crmo, heat treatment hardness HV1200 above, the surface by grinding tungsten carbide treatment.
5. The machine is equipped with top paper preheating roller and core paper tempering and tempering air injection device.
6. The upper and lower corrugated roller seat is designed separately from the whole machine, which can be hoisted and replaced for easy disassembly.
7. The rubber cloth is separated along the guide rail for easy cleaning and maintenance.
8. Pressure roller clearance is detected and displayed by pressure sensor.
9. Automatic adjustment of glue gap with production speed.
10. When the machine is stopped, the pressure roller is lifted. The pressure roller is driven by pneumatic and rotates intermittently.
11. Toothed belt transmission is adopted to reduce noise and maintenance cost.
12. adopt electric glue separation device, the adhesive cloth can operate independently when the host machine stops, to prevent paste drying up, and adjust the amount of digital glue by electric.
