Paper mounting machine belongs to the field of paper making machinery, especially a papermounting machine used to paste two sheets of paper together. It is composed of paper feeding mechanism, paper mounting mechanism and press paper mechanism. It sets two wind heads together on the paper feeding mechanism. It sets the intermediate positioning mechanism on the paper mounting mechanism and divides the paper mounting mechanism into two paperboards. There is a wing shaped spring piece on both sides of the paper mounting mechanism. The intermediate positioning mechanism is composed of intermediate positioning guide and lifting mechanism. The utility model is simple in structure, improves production efficiency and adapts to different sizes of paper requirements. It is a paper mounting machine with no limit on the size of paper and single and double paper delivery.

Performance of the machine:

1. Computerized high-speed lamination,up to 10000 sheets per hour(paper length 700mm).

2. Consisting of stream feeding suction head,four sets of forwarding suckers ensuring smooth transportation of substrate.

3. Feeder seat:E-type low pile board design,can be fit into place the paper in pallet truck:optional pre-installed auxiliary rail station stack of paper.

4. Glue coating device:high-precision coating of paper with recorded delivery to pre-vent the paper from the devices involved and the plastic body on the tire side block automatic liquid level control,high speed operation of no return excess glue can regulate the glue.

5. Compensation of digital device sensing:the use of multiple sets of forward inductor relative position of the eye to know the bottom line,so the tissues do independent servo motor drives on both sides of the upper and lower compensation of the position paper,precise and smooth.

6. Full-function electric control system:The man-machine interface and PLC program light shows that can automatically detect the operating conditions.Abnormal display and work records,electrical planning in line with CE standards.

7. Paper collection agency:Matching fluff type of paper structure,can overlap the finished product,after pressing,after fluff advance pushed together to ensure the smooth collection of paper neatly.
